The Club is saddened by the death of Dorothy Eleanor Conrad, Saturday, August 18, 2001 at the Bishop Joseph H. Hodges Continuous Care Center in Wheeling where she had been since June.

She was a Charter member of The Brooks Bird Club, Inc. and had attended every Foray until this year.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles L. Conrad, founder of The Brooks Bird Club, Inc.

Surviving are a sister, Carolyn V. Conrad, with whom she resided.  Friends were received Sunday, August 19 at the Kepner Funeral Home, Burke Chapel in Warwood and Mass was celebrated Monday, August 20 at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Warwood.  We join her family in celebrating her memory.
