Here is an updated posting of useful listserv "COMMANDS."

The message should be addressed to:   listserv@list.audubon.org
and the command should be in the message body (not the subject field).

SET WV-BIRD NOMAIL   -  this disables mail temporarily
                                             (vacations, business trips,etc.)

SET WV-BIRD MAIL  -  this enables mail

SET WV-BIRD DIGEST   -  this allows the subscriber to receive
                                            the digest version

SET WV-BIRD SUBJ  -  this puts the list name in the subject field
                                       of  the message

SIGNOFF WV-BIRD  -  this is for leaving the listserv

SUBSCRIBE WV-BIRD -  to join the listserv
